- 💢خلاصه ۴۵ کتاب مدیریت در ۴۰ جمله :
١-اجرا بزرگ‌ترین مساله مطرح نشده در مدیریت امروز است و نبود آن بزرگ‌ترین مانع موفقیت و بیشتر ناکامی‌هایی است که به اشتباه به گردن علل دیگر گذاشته می‌شود.
۲- شرکت‌هایی که برای کارهای درست وقف شده‌اند و برای مسوولیت‌های اجتماعی خود تعهدنامه‌ای دارند که براساس آن کار کنند سودآورتر از آنهایی هستند که این کارها را نمی‌کنند.
۳-به جای پرداختن به برنامهء استراتژیک, به تفکر و ایده‌های استراتژیک روی آورید.
۴-در بازاریابی نوین (بازاردانی)به جای داشتن سبد محصولات باید به داشتن سبد مشتریان توجه داشت.
۵- رمز برد و پیروزی روشن است: بکوشیم تا در یک زمینه دوبار بازنده نشویم.
۶- انسان در بازی گاهی می‌برد و گاهی چیز یاد می‌گیرد.
۷- هنر بازاریابی امروز ,فروش یخچال به اسکیمو نیست, بلکه اسکیمو را به عنوان یک مشتری خشنود همواره در کنار داشتن است.
۸- مشتریان زبان گویایی دارند, اگر بی‌واسطه با آن‌ها در ارتباط بوده و گوشی شنوا داشته باشیم می‌توان از ایشان چیزهای زیادی یاد گرفت.
۹- مسیر ناهموار تحول باید به‌کوشش خود مدیر پیموده شود, زیرا تحول چیزی نیست که مدیر فرمان دهد و دیگران اجرا کنند.
۱۰- به جای شغل, در پی مشتری باشید, اگر انسان بتواند محصولی عرضه کند که خواهان داشته باشد, از بیکاری نجات‌یافته است.
۱۱- دنیا را دوگونه می‌توان تغییر داد: با قلم(کاربست اندیشه) و با شمشیر (کاربست زور)
۱۲- می‌توان مدیر مردم نبود ولی آنان را دوست داشت,اما بدون عشق به مردم نمی‌توان آن‌ها را مدیریت کرد.
۱۳- مدیریت یعنی هنر جلب پیروی داوطلبانهء دیگران.
۱۴- موفقیت اغلب باعث غرور شده و غرور باعث شکست می‌شود.
۱۵- برای پیروزی ابلیس, کافی است آدم‌های خوب دست روی دست بگذارند.
۱۶- هزینهء به دست آوردن یک مشتری تازه, حداقل پنج برابر هزینه خشنود نگه‌داشتن مشتریان کنونی است.
۱۷- هر کس می‌تواند سررشته کار خویش را به دست گرفته و آن را به مسیر دلخواه ببرد.
۱۸- مدیریت هنر گوش دادن به دیگران است. چنانچه به سخنان کسی خوب گوش فراندهید, نمی‌توانید درون او را بشناسید.
۱۹- توان یادگیری و به کار بستن با شتاب آموخته‌ها, بزرگ‌ترین امتیاز رقابتی را در اختیار سازمان می‌گذارد.
۲۰- اولین روش برآورد هوش یک فرمانروا این است که به آنهایی که در اطرافش گرد آمده‌اند بنگریم.
۲۱- اگر بتوانید همهء کارکنان یک سازمان را به سوی یک هدف مشترک بسیج کنید, در هر رشته و در هر بازار و در برابر هر رقیبی, در هر زمانی موفق خواهید شد.
۲۲- بیشتر انسان‌ها ترجیح می‌دهند بمیرند اما فکر نکنند, خیلی‌ها هم فکر کردن را بر مرگ ترجیح می‌دهند.
۲۳- مدیر عامل آگاه کسی است که به جای رویین‌تن شدن, به همکاران خود اعتماد کند.
۲۴- تمایز یک محصول باید در راستای ذهنیت مصرف‌کننده صورت گیرد, نه مخالف آن.
۲۵- در طول تاریخ بیشتر کامیابی در دست‌یابی به منابع طبیعی مانند زمین, طلا و نفت بوده است, اما اکنون ناگهان ورق برگشته و دانش به جای آن نشسته است.
۲۶- در بیشتر موارد, کشورهای فقیر از نظر دارایی‌ها ، ثروتمند اما از نظر سرمایه فقیرند, دارایی را نمی‌توان تبدیل به سرمایه کرد مگر آن که قانون حاکم باشد.
۲۷- آنهایی که از جای خود می‌جنبند, گاهی می‌بازند و آنهایی که نمی‌جنبند, همیشه می‌بازند.
۲۸- اگر همه چیز مهم باشد, پس بدان که هیچ چیز مهم نیست.
۲۹- مدیران پیروزمند دنیای امروز, رمز پیروزی سازمان خود را بهره‌مندی از انسان‌ها فرهیخته می‌دانند.
۳۰- حداکثر شادی و خشنودی انسان‌ها زمانی به دست می‌آید که در شغل هم راستا با شخصیت (هوشمندی)خود, به کار گمارده شوند.
۳۱- نقش مدیر این است که به درون فرد نفوذ کند و هوشمندی بی‌همتای او را کشف کند و به عملکرد تبدیل نماید.
۳۲- مدیران برجسته نه تنها تفاوت کارکنان را می‌پذیرند, بلکه بر این تفاوت‌ها سرمایه‌گذاری می‌کنند. شاگرد تنبل, احمق یا ضعیف وجود ندارد, تنها چیزی که وجود دارد معلم خوب یا ضعیف است.
۳۴- زندگی ارزشمندتر از آن است که تنها به امید فرارسیدن دوران بازنشستگی کار کنیم.
۳۵- نه پیروزی پایدار است و نه شکست مرگ‌آور.
۳۶- به کارکنانتان بگویید هیچ‌گاه اجازه ندهند قربانی واقع شوند; امت اگر چنین احساسی دارند بهتر است بروند جای دیگری کارکنند.
۳۷- صدای کردار, از صدای گفتار بلندتر است.
۳۸- هرگاه در بازی شطرنج در حال باختن هستم, به طور پیوسته از جای خود بلند شده و سعی می‌کنم صفحه را از پشت سر رقیبم نگاه کنم, آن گاه به حرکت‌های احمقانه‌ای که انجام داده‌ام پی می‌برم.
