- The Witchy Set. Another wearable set from my upcoming Strategotchi SDK.
I had to take a step back from working on new designs and go back to the drawing board for a while. I realized that making a chess-like game into co-op multiplayer is tricky because part of the player fantasy (feeling like a strategic mastermind) is lost when you have partners and are no longer in full control. So i spent the last week figuring out how to solve this. The answer was simple. Replace what was lost with something equally engaging. More on what we ended up doing later.
I'm going to follow the trend and start releasing these as 1/1s for a while

- alright, fam. the only feedback i got from original collectors of the Lens Lofi EP was positive and in support of my idea to re-release the remaining editions of the 6 track EP as $BONSAI collects. they especially liked the idea that the art and animations would be viewable in all their glory and not as a broken links that say “playback failed” as they currently do.
so starting tomorrow i’ll begin publishing the remaining pieces starting with track 1 of 6 (they were all limited to 10 editions, and since a few of each were collected, they will all be under 10 editions). my goal is to finally sell out my first ever NFT collection and with your help i think it’s totally possible. if you want to help me achieve that goal, please consider mirroring the posts if you like the work but can’t collect it.

- Here's a look at some #Strategotchi gameplay. The game is currently in pre-alpha demo mode at strategotchi.io
The objective in this demo mode is to harvset 'alpha.' You do this by placing harvesters on harvestable tiles (the dark ones). Each realm has a specific target you need to hit in order to advance to the next realm.
We just successfully secured funding from the Aavegotchi DAO to develop Strategotchi V2.0 which focuses on asset utility and multiplayer. We're also building a fully open sourced Unity SDK that stylizes the 2d pixelart of Aavegotchi protocol assets into our voxel style. Other developers will be able to utilize these assets to build their own creations
- The Portal Mage set. This 3 piece, all 'legendary' rarity set, adds +4 to your gotchi's BRS and +2 to its Aggro stat. One of the most iconic and sought after sets, this one will set you back a pretty penny, especially the axe. #Strategotchi

Im excited to share a project I've been working on called Strategotchi. It's a game built on the Aavegotchi protocol that I'm really passionate about. As part of this endeavor, I'm developing a voxel art SDK that stylizes the original 2D pixel art of Aavegotchi. The SDK will feature over 300 voxel art models of various 'wearables' in the Aavegotchi protocol.
One of the most iconic of these wearables is the Gotchi Mug. This 'common' wearable fits on either hand slot of a Gotchi. When equipped, it increases your Gotchi's Energy stat and Basic Rarity Score (BRS) by +1.

- sometimes i reflect on my time on Lens thus far, and it always leaves me feeling a sense of gratitude and joy. it might sound corny, but that's really the best way to describe it.
i started out the gate on here with an entire EP. if you only knew how many years i'd been putting off the desire to create a full-length music project, you'd understand the significance of that. when Stani reached out and told me i should drop some tunes on Lens, i knew i wanted to do something more than a single track, and from that the Lens Lofi EP was created. had that exchange not happened, there's a good chance i'd still be here just thinking about releasing some sort of album eventually and getting down on myself about not doing the things i always said i wanted to do.
but then it got better. accomplishing one of my personal life goals gave me the boost i needed to keep pushing, and made me want to try something more ambitious. this was around the end of 2022, and i decided that starting 2023, i would release a track every single week for the entire year. from that idea, the Beat of the Week 2023 (#BOTW) was born, and as those of you who are familiar with me know, it was a success! i showed up to create something every week, even when life stress was getting in the way, and managed to have a finalized track mixed down, exported, and ready to post every wednesday in 2023.
neither of these projects have completely sold out, and even though that's another goal of mine (to sell out an entire NFT collection), i still feel accomplished and like i'm building up the momentum towards something great.
i don't know that i would have done any of this if i wasn't on Lens, and for that i'm forever grateful. truly.
