Last fall we organized cyberpunk music festival “Pandemic” in Street Art Museum Spb with our friends. Now for the third time Pandemic fest has been held.
I absolutely love every opportunity to wear unique and unusual costumes. And I believe that depersonalization or acting is a kind of searching yourself, it can become the platform to reincarnation.

We are a puzzle: MIND + SOUL + BODY
The MIND is a great servant, but a bad master.
Delegate tasks to the mind, but do not rely on it in your life decisions, soul must accept them.
The BODY is a temple for the soul, it keeps the imprints of all the states we have experienced.
Uncertainty is imprinted on the posture, and any work over the head doesn’t heal the person completely, as long as the body continues to follow the old pattern.
The connection between the worldview and the body works in both directions: if you are sad, forcibly smile and the production of serotonin and dopamine will start, and if you need confidence, straighten your shoulders and stand steadily on your feet.
Yoga is just about this - about how to help the body shed the ballast of experience.
Most people don’t know this base and collect piece by piece their way to live life happily.
For example, going to a psychotherapist is cool. This assistant in a personal dialogue that can guide you is useful to everyone.
But psychotherapy is just a tool for working with consciousness through the mind.
Yoga is the same tool (meditations, asanas, rituals) - but this is work with the subconscious.
A stubborn skeptic needs to feed his ego with illusion of knowledge and rightness, so he enters into disputes about metaphysics that’s not scientific, and is in objectivist stagnation.
In general, I think the concept of scientific knowledge doesn’t allow to draw unambiguous conclusions about things, which is not studied, so don’t argue with those who have the world divided into white and black, and who have the only correct opinion about everything.
A person with an open mind is able to be unbiased and put the value of the result above philosophical questions about what the truth is.
And with such people, real magic happens.
A person without parents, who could go to a psychotherapist for years and solve problems with his/her father and mother, goes through the meditation “I am a child of the Universe” and receives not information, but a sensory experience that he/she is valuable already by the one fact and the miracle of his/her birth.
And this allows to achieve the effect of peace in the soul quickly and efficiently.
So, an open mind is a new evolutionary advantage.

УМ - отличный слуга, но плохой хозяин.
Делегируйте уму задачи, но не полагайтесь на него в своих жизненных решениях, их должна принимать душа.
ТЕЛО - храм для души, оно хранит отпечатки всех пережитых нами состояний.
Неуверенность отпечатывается на осанке, и любая работа через голову не исцеляет человека полностью, пока тело продолжает следовать старому паттерну.
Связь мироощущения и тела работает в обе стороны: если грустно, принудительно улыбнись и запустится выработка серотонина и дофамина, а если нужна уверенность - расправь плечи и встань устойчиво на ноги.
Йога как раз об этом - о том, как помочь телу сбросить балласт пережитого опыта.
Большинство не знает эту базу и собирают по кусочкам свой способ прожить жизнь счастливо.
Например, ходить к психотерапевту - классно, помощник в личном диалоге, который может направить, полезен каждому.
Но психотерапия - это лишь инструмент работы с сознанием через ум.
Йога такой же инструмент (медитации, асаны, ритуалы) - но это работа уже с подсознанием.
Упертому скептику нужно кормить эго своей иллюзией знания и правоты, поэтому он вступает в споры о том, что метафизика не научна, и находится в объективистской стагнации.
Вообще, на мой взгляд, концепция научного познания как раз-таки не позволяет делать однозначные выводы о том, что не изучено, поэтому не спорьте с теми, у кого мир разделен на белое и черное, и у кого есть единственно верное мнение обо всем.
Человек же с открытым сознанием, способен быть не предвзятым и ставить ценность результата выше философских вопросов о том, что такое истина.
И с такими людьми случается настоящая магия. Человек без родителей, который мог ходить годами к психотерапевту и решать проблемы с отцом и матерью, проходит медитацию «Я дитя Вселенной» и получает не информацию, а чувственный опыт о том, что он ценен уже одним фактом и чудом своего рождения. И это позволяет добиться эффекта мира в душе быстро и качественно.
Поэтому открытое сознание - это новое эволюционное преимущество.

Or we can seek, find and experience true connection with ourselves and others.
I am my path and the gems that I received during its passage.
