odin is the god of berserkers, so is the god of war in some way, but he's also the god of magic and wisdom, it's interesting because is like a divine figure that integrates light and shadow, wizardry and warrior values, you don't see this in the most popular religions where god is almost an unidimensional figure (when he have a personality).
Another interesting thing about nordic mythology is that you see the concept of sacrifice everywhere, everything have a price, odin gives his eye in exchange of wisdom, he hang himself on Yggdrasil to almost death to get the runes, they kill ymer to create midgard (the earth), as the bhagavad gita says: sacrifice is the key of transformation.

- My favorite piece of art has four legs and goes by the name of Xena.
Shes the best companion I've been lucky enough to know, that dog who, even though she thinks life is just a continuous game, is a huge support. A little chaotic with her antics, but she loves unconditionally and spreads pure love through small beautiful moments.
