Seems like an odd bug in @lenster.lens while uploading an avatar. Despite showing an upload success message, the image didn't display. On reloading the profile page, the avatar section was empty. The issue appears to be whitespace in the image name. After removing the whitespace and retrying, the update succeeded. FYI @stani.lens and @yoginth.lens (Posting it here since I didn't find a bug report channel in Discord)
