- A vigorous temper is not altogether an evil. Men who are easy as an old shoe are generally of little worth.
- In 2019 I had the pleasure to talk with Cory Doctorow for a project we did about privacy, surveillance capitalism, the future of social and thats also where I learned about the idea of adversarial interoperability. For me this is a key part of why I am excited about open social graphs like LENS.

For a really competitive, innovative, dynamic marketplace, you need adversarial interoperability: that’s when you create a new product or service that plugs into the existing ones without the permission of the companies that make them.
