Bullish on WLD's total market capitalization? That's probably right, and it's possible that it could keep going up (up to a point). But just because the market cap goes up doesn't mean the coin price can go up. It's possible that the coin price keeps going down, but the total market cap is still going up. The coins released are too fast.
