- Hey degens, let's talk about how crypto can impact our health. We all know that investing in cryptocurrencies can be exciting, but it can also be stressful and even harmful to our well-being if we're not careful.
First of all, let's talk about the stress that can come with crypto investing. Prices can fluctuate wildly, and it can be hard to know when to buy or sell. This can lead to a lot of anxiety and even panic, especially if we've invested a lot of money.
The thing is, stress can have a serious impact on our physical health as well as our mental health. It can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, and even stroke. That's why it's important to find ways to manage our stress when it comes to crypto investing.
One way to do this is to set clear boundaries for ourselves. We can decide how much money we're willing to invest, and stick to that amount no matter what. We can also limit the amount of time we spend checking prices and reading news articles about crypto.
Another way to manage our stress is to focus on the long-term. Cryptocurrencies are a volatile investment, but if we believe in the technology and the potential for growth, we can remind ourselves that we're in it for the long haul.
On the other hand, crypto can also have a positive impact on our health. For one thing, it can be empowering to take control of our financial futures and invest in something that we believe in. It can also be a way to support causes that we care about, such as environmental sustainability or social justice.
Moreover, crypto can also provide new opportunities for healthcare. For instance, blockchain technology can improve the security and privacy of medical records, while decentralized finance (DeFi) can provide new ways to fund medical research and development.
So, degens, when it comes to crypto and health, it's all about finding a balance. We can manage our stress and anxiety by setting clear boundaries and focusing on the long-term, while also embracing the positive aspects of crypto investing and its potential to improve healthcare.
- noooo, whyyy, 97% and my quest failed 🤣
- In recent years, the world of finance has been significantly transformed by the emergence of cryptocurrencies. With the increasing popularity of digital currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin, investors are seeking to explore this new and exciting investment opportunity. However, investing in cryptocurrency can be a risky business, and therefore, it is essential to approach it with caution and carefully evaluate potential investment options.
Before investing in cryptocurrency, it is crucial to understand the market and the technology behind digital currencies. Cryptocurrencies are decentralized, meaning they are not backed by any government or financial institution, and their value can be highly volatile. Investors need to be prepared for the possibility of significant fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market.
If you are considering investing in cryptocurrency, it is advisable to diversify your portfolio and not put all your eggs in one basket. Consider investing in a mix of established cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as newer, up-and-coming digital currencies.
One approach to minimize risk is to invest in cryptocurrency through a reputable exchange. Research different exchanges and select one that has a proven track record of security and reliability. It is also essential to keep your cryptocurrency holdings in a secure wallet and avoid keeping them on an exchange for an extended period.
Another aspect to consider when investing in cryptocurrency is the potential for fraud and scams. Be cautious of promises of high returns and get-rich-quick schemes, as these are often signs of fraudulent activity. It is also advisable to avoid investing in newly launched cryptocurrencies until they have gained more traction in the market.
In summary, investing in cryptocurrency can be an exciting and potentially lucrative opportunity, but it is important to approach it with caution and careful consideration. Do your research, diversify your portfolio, and invest through a reputable exchange to minimize risk. By following these guidelines, you can make informed decisions about investing in cryptocurrency and potentially reap the benefits of this exciting new market.

Next up, we've got some news from Ethereum. The London hard fork is right around the corner, and it looks like the upgrade could be a big one. One of the most anticipated changes is the introduction of EIP-1559, which aims to make Ethereum transactions more efficient and reduce gas fees. Ethereum fans are definitely excited for this one.
In other news, we've got some big moves from Avalanche. The chain announced the launch of its new Avalanche Bridge, which will make it easier for users to move assets between Avalanche and Ethereum. This could be a game-changer for DeFi users, and it's definitely got people talking.
And last but not least, we've got some news from Cardano. The project announced the launch of its Plutus programming platform, which will make it easier for developers to build smart contracts on the Cardano network. This is a big step forward for Cardano, and it's got fans excited for what's to come.
So there you have it, folks. That's today's crypto news in a nutshell. As always, things are moving fast in the world of crypto, so stay tuned for more updates and be ready to move with the market.
- Yo what's good fellow crypto degens!
It's ya boy Invoko, back again with some hot crypto tips for y'all. I know y'all are always on the lookout for the next big thing in crypto, so I've put together a list of the top 5 fields that are gonna rule the world in 2023.
Decentralized Finance (DeFi): If you ain't heard of DeFi by now, you must be living under a rock. DeFi is all about using blockchain technology to create financial systems that are decentralized and trustless. This means that you don't need to rely on traditional banks or financial institutions to manage your money. With DeFi, you can lend, borrow, and trade crypto assets directly with other users, all while earning some sick returns.
Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs): NFTs have been all the rage lately, and for good reason. These bad boys are unique digital assets that can represent anything from art to music to collectibles. NFTs use blockchain technology to verify their authenticity and ownership, making them valuable and highly sought-after. In 2023, we're gonna see more and more people investing in NFTs and using them as a store of value.
Gaming: Gaming and crypto are a match made in heaven. We're already seeing games like Axie Infinity and The Sandbox use blockchain technology to create decentralized gaming experiences. In 2023, we're gonna see even more games incorporating crypto into their gameplay, allowing players to earn rewards and trade items with each other.
Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs): CBDCs are digital versions of traditional currencies that are issued and backed by central banks. Countries like China and Sweden have already started experimenting with CBDCs, and in 2023, we're gonna see more countries jumping on board. CBDCs have the potential to revolutionize the way we use and transact with money, making it faster, cheaper, and more secure.
Blockchain as a Service (BaaS): Blockchain technology is complex, and not everyone has the skills or resources to develop their own blockchain solutions. That's where BaaS comes in. BaaS providers like Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure offer blockchain development tools and infrastructure as a service, allowing businesses to easily build and deploy blockchain applications without having to manage their own nodes and infrastructure.
So there you have it, my top 5 fields in crypto that are gonna dominate in 2023. As always, do your own research and invest wisely. But if you're looking for some hot crypto trends to keep an eye on, these are definitely worth checking out.
Stay degen, my friends!
- Yo, what's up crypto fam!
I've been in this game for a hot minute now and I gotta say, the blockchain scene is heating up! With so many different projects and chains out there, it can be tough to know which ones to keep an eye on. But fear not my fellow degens, because I've done the research and I'm here to share my top 5 blockchains that I think are gonna be running the world in 2023.
First up, we've got good old Ethereum. Now, I know what you're thinking, "But Ethereum's been around forever, isn't it old news?" Well, let me tell you, Ethereum is far from washed up. With the upcoming transition to Ethereum 2.0 and the explosion of DeFi and NFTs, Ethereum is poised to remain a dominant force in the blockchain space.
Next up, we've got Solana. This up-and-comer has been making waves with its lightning-fast transaction speeds and low fees. And with major partnerships with companies like FTX and Serum, Solana is definitely one to keep an eye on.
Coming in at number three, we've got Binance Smart Chain (BSC). With the backing of one of the biggest players in the crypto game, Binance, BSC has quickly risen to prominence with its low fees and easy integration with the Binance ecosystem.
At number four, we've got Polkadot. This multi-chain network is all about interoperability, making it easy for different blockchains to communicate with each other. And with partnerships with major players like Chainlink and Ocean Protocol, Polkadot is definitely one to watch.
Last but not least, we've got Cardano. This project has been in development for what feels like forever, but it's finally gaining some serious momentum. With its focus on scalability and interoperability, Cardano has the potential to be a major player in the blockchain space.
So there you have it folks, my top 5 blockchains that I think are gonna be running the world in 2023. Of course, there are plenty of other projects out there that could make some serious moves in the coming years, but these are the ones that I'm keeping a close eye on. Happy hodling!
- **If you sit for more than 6 hours a day, read this:**
Sitting for long periods can lead to: · Poor posture · Obesity & weight gain · Neck, shoulder & low back pain · Increased risk for depression + anxiety and more... Below are 6 exercises to do so you can start reversing the dangerous effects of sitting:
The McGill Big 3 This set of exercises consists of: 1. The McGill Crunch 2. Side plank holds 3. Focused & Activated Bird Dogs They build endurance in the low back & abs while increasing core stability.
Glute bridge holds When our glutes are weak, we overcompensate by using the muscles in our back to stabilize our bodies. One of the safer, more effective ways to activate & strengthen the glutes is by doing glute bridges.
Bar hangs One of the most underrated exercises on the planet is hanging from a bar. Doing this helps with posture, shoulder stability & de-compresses the spine after sitting. If you're a beginner aim for 30 seconds. If you're intermediate aim for 1 minute or longer.
Cat Cows Cat cow's increases the flexibility of the neck, shoulders & spine. During this stretch, you activate the tailbone and release tension in the neck and upper back.
- Everybody is talking about Optimism right now. Coinbase just announced they're launching a new L2 blockchain called “Base” built on the $OP stack.
What is Optimism? Optimism is one of the most promising Layer 2 solutions on Ethereum. With many DeFi advancements being made on L2s, Optimism is surely at the forefront!
Similarly to Arbitrum, Optimism uses Optimistic Rollups to increase transaction throughput and reduce gas fees. It also enables developers to create scalable and efficient applications on top of Ethereum, which can benefit from the network's existing infrastructure.

- Arbitrum and its wider ecosystem are on fire right now. I've found many DeFi protocols with a lot of potential. Why I'm investing in Arbitrum and a breakdown of my portfolios that you can copy.
What is Arbitrum?
Arbitrum is Ethereum's biggest Layer 2 to date. A Layer 2 blockchain is an extension of Ethereum that benefits from the security assurances provided by Ethereum while operating independently. It can do all of this because it's an Optimistic Rollup
Optimistic Rollups speed up Ethereum's smart contract by using a second-layer chain to handle most of the work, while still recording everything on the main chain for security.
What makes it so special?
Everybody has been calling Arbitrum their new home, but why? It's been growing at an astonishing rate for many months and it currently sits as the 4th biggest chain by TVL and as the 3rd biggest chain for its 24hrs trading volume.
It also has something worth more than any kind of TVL. And that is its community. Arbitrum has one of the most vibrant and innovative communities in the whole DeFi space Innovation happens at a large scale when there are developers wanting to create better products.
Great DeFi protocols you must know about
@GMX_IO It has earned its spot as Arbitrum's absolute Real Yield King. GMX is a decentralized perpetual exchange that facilitates spot and perpetual trading with minimal fees and zero price impact.
@RDNTCapital Radiant is an omnichain money market that allows users to deposit & borrow major assets across multiple chains. Its TVL has exploded since the beginning of 2023 and so did the Market Cap of its main token $RDNT.
@CamelotDEX Camelot is Arbitrum's native decentralized exchange (DEX), with a strong emphasis on community participation through its innovative dividend distribution system and its custom-built launchpad.

- I have spent countless hours researching current and upcoming projects in the Arbitrum ecosystem. A protocol that stands out is @FactorDAO
Factor is a no-code, on-chain asset management platform with customizable vaults. The thread will touch on: ‣ Main features ‣ Use cases ‣ $FCTR tokenomics ‣ Roadmap Note: I am a protocol-ambassador as I strongly believe in the teams vision and the value of the protocol.
Factor provides three different products that all present unique use cases in DeFi Tokenized Baskets Yield Pools Derivatives
Tokenized baskets: Creators on Factor can create custom vaults representing on-chain trackable portfolios and indices. The creators set a custom performance and management fee. Users can deposit funds into the vault if they believe in the portfolio or the vault creator.
The vaults are represented as a token on-chain using a modified version of the ERC-4626 standard to make them decentralized and permissionless. The modifications make it possible for the vault to contain multiple tokens and assets.
Yield Pools: With Yield Pools, creators can deploy custom lending/borrowing strategies with any yield bearing token and custom collateralization ratios. Users supply and borrow assets from the either low or high-risk strategies.
Derivatives: On @FactorDAO, users will also be able to create and trade derivatives on any underlying asset on the protocol. This includes futures, options, CDB's and more and will be compatible with any liquid ERC-20 as collateral!
Below is a brief description of the three products. Creator baskets and pools will further be ranked by various performance metrics (absolute, relative, risk-adjusted). The best-performing creators over various time periods will receive incentives from Factor.
Some use-cases for these products include: ‣ On-chain asset management ‣ Secure DAO treasury management ‣ Partner protocols (to increase TVL and revenue)
- Tokenomics - Below are the token allocation and vesting schedule of $FCTR Max supply: 100,000,000 $FCTR Supply at launch: 12.5% with the rest unlocked over 3.5 years @FactorDAO will also be introducing $veFCTR.
Factor is doing a public sale with 10% of the supply of $FCTR Feb 20th on @CamelotDEX lasting 4 days. It will act as a price discovery event with a $10m FDV starting value. All participants end up paying the same price for $FCTR.
Read about it here: https://medium.com/@FactorDAO/fctr-public-sale-81b7f08dc5c
$FCTR holders can stake and lock their tokens ($veFCTR) for governance and receive 50% of the protocol revenue in staking rewards. Below is a detailed revenue model for vault creators, $veFCTR stakers and the DAO treasury.
- Roadmap - Some things in the pipeline: • Mainnet launch shortly after public sale with first vault and pool features expanding shortly after launch • Derivatives and cross chain asset integrations • More partnerships • Multi-chain deployment • Native AMM
Post launch, liquidity expansion will happen in four phases: • Genesis (first vaults by the DAO) • Partners (vaults by protocol-partners) • Creation (Users can participate in vault creation) • Cross-chain (multi-chain expansion)
to be continued...
