- On this episode of Rehash, we’re speaking with Queen Wartooth about designing airdrops, strategies for acquiring new users in crypto, and she reveals for the first time the project she’s been working on in stealth, Dragon Academy, which will launch next month.
Queen Wartooth has done a lot of work around designing airdrops and thinking about how best to incentivize users, and we spend the first half or so of the conversation talking about airdrop design, anti-Sybil strategies, and problems around user acquisition in general.
Then, for the second half of the conversation, Wartooth opens up about Dragon Academy, which aims to fundamentally change how airdrops are architected and executed to the benefit of both long term aligned products and new users.

- @lens/zksync this is a safe place. What is the likelihood that someone purchased the TM on ZK if yall hadn’t? I’ve read of this being malicious in past technology advancement to monopolize innovation.
Is it possible to transfer the ownership to the Ethereum Foundation? A more neutral party? I trust you but I understand why your competitors might not trust you. Especially after the ZK ticker thing.
Also, I didn’t know what Polyhedra Network was prior to this drama, so I don’t disagree with that move.
I’ll send you 1,000 $Bonsai or 1,000,000 $MEOW (on ZK Sync) for a decent response.

- Lens Frames are now integrated with Frames.js 🎉
- frames.js package can be used to develop Lens Frames (https://framesjs.org/)
- frames.js debugger can be used to test multi-protocol Frames (Lens, Farcaster, XMTP) with integrated logins for each (https://framesjs-debugger.vercel.app/)
- Demo Frame with Lens + Farcaster + XMTP support (https://demo-multi-frame.vercel.app/, https://github.com/defispartan/demo-multi-frame)
- The debugger can also serve as a reference for apps to integrate the Lens Frames spec (https://github.com/framesjs/frames.js/blob/main/packages/debugger/app/hooks/use-lens-identity.tsx)
What's Next?
- Collaborating with Lens apps to add support for Frames in app feeds
- Docs and examples for other Frame tools (OnchainKit & Frog middleware)
- Template for transaction Frames 🤝 Open Actions
Why Lens Frames?
Frames are a tool to embed interactive elements between websites, enabling new experiences in social feeds and new ways for developers to distribute and monetize their work.
Lens has several features that can enhance the experience of performing onchain interactions within a social feed:
- Sign in With Lens = Sign in With Ethereum. A Lens session is a connection to an Ethereum wallet address, allowing message and transaction signing to occur directly within a Lens session.
- Open Actions are smart contract calls attached to a Lens Publication. Actions can modify a transaction based on the social context (incorporate quote, comment, mirror, follow, application data), enabling new synergies, security guarantees, and revenue opportunities for transaction Frames.

- 📍**Oman Desert** 🇴🇲
Her Majesty-The Desert 🐪
I believe most of you have only imagined Oman like this, but in the previous posts, you've seen how diverse this country is in terms of landscapes. We saved the desert visit for the end and are spending the last 2 nights here.
We chose the Sama Al Vasil Camp, where an overnight stay with breakfast costs around 120 € for 2 people. To reach the camp, you have to drive through the desert for the last ten kilometers, which is another reason why renting a 4x4 car was a good decision. If you didn't have one, the transport from the last accessible point with a regular car costs 75 € per vehicle round trip.
The camp offers numerous activities, including driving their jeep on the dunes (we had a mishap and got stuck, but a new car quickly arrived to get us back, so definitely don't try this on your own). You can ride camels, practice sandboarding, watch an outdoor movie... Many activities are free, some are charged, and everything is explained in detail when you make a reservation. It’s predictably too hot during the day, so it's recommended to plan activities either early in the morning or before sunset. I'll write about how to spend the day in the camp in the next post.
It's important to note that there is no internet in the camp and the only network that works is Omantel, so if you're getting a SIM card, get that one (8 GB costs around 12 €).
I've visited many deserts and the Omani one is among the most beautiful. Which is the most beautiful desert you've visited and how do you like this one? 🌞🏜️🦂
