- We're proud to introduce Lens Improvement Proposals (LIPs). This open, collaborative process will guide the future development of Lens Protocol.
Taking inspiration from the successful Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) and Aave Improvement Proposals (AIPs), LIPs takes a step towards decentralized governance. The LIPs process will foster an inclusive, transparent and collaborative environment.
You will find how to participate in LIPs in the Lens Protocol’s GitHub repository, which streamlines the community participation process. It gives anyone the chance to submit proposals, and promotes open discussion.
Let's dive into the first three proposals that are live today:
LIP-0: Establishing an Open Governance Model. A process where the Lens community can propose improvements to Lens Protocol. From the submission of proposals to transparent discussions — we aim to foster an open, collaborative, and inclusive decision-making governance model.
LIP-1: Open Standards for Algorithms. A proposal to establish open standards for algorithms — based on the open Lens data layer — that will encourage the development of third-party algorithms, diverse experiences and provide user choice.
LIP-2: Open Standards for Metadata. An initiative to establish metadata standards for Lens Protocol, promoting transparency, interoperability, and user empowerment.

And sometimes, I just look at one and am amazed at how "just" mathematics formulas can create something so beautiful.
But today's NFT are not generative art. Because I am attracted by PFP projects as well (oooh, so 2021!).

It was created for the one year anniversary of the main project. It seems that the creator, Gengoya, was positively surprised of how a success it was. I personally bought several because... Look at them! They're so nice 😍

Hey Frens! 💜 We have a few updates. For a while there was an issue with Lens posts and mirrors. We have now fixed these issues and you can experience faster lens experience (thanks amazing Lens team). Here's what you need to do:
- Go to https://lenster.xyz/ and log in with your lens profile (we recommend using a wallet browser if you are on mobile).
- Go to settings and select dispatcher and re-set your existing "Lens Dispatcher" by clicking on the update button. (You will have to pay some gas fee).
- This new Dispatcher is much faster. We strongly recommend you to do it.
- Do a hard close (swipe close) of Phaver and open it again.
Also Lens Mirror on Phaver, which was down for a while, has been activated again for free by the protocol level. So now we have reactivated all Lens mirror operations on the Phaver side.
It is very normal for users who do not complete the processes in this way to get errors, please complete the steps mentioned above as soon as possible. 🎊

We are load balancing the dispatcher out (10x increase in dispatchers), and if you upgrade to one of the new dispatcher, you most likely will see a considerable improvement in the speed of it being sent on-chain, on top of having less fight for queue space.
