- Miss the silent reading meeting calls at ByteDance that was adopted from Amazon. Great fork tbh and should be more companies that adopt this.
Seems odd but was incredibly effective way of getting things done quickly, collaboratively and efficient use of time. Also required background work to be done before setting the meeting in the first place.
