1: marginfi,借贷协议。融资300万。
链接:app.marginfi.com
该项目目前只有积分,存1刀1天1分;借1刀1天4分;
2: tensor,NFT交易所
链接:www.tensor.trade
该项目目前只有积分,买卖NFT,邀请获得积分。
3: Kamino,集借贷、杠杆流动性挖矿的综合DeFi产品

- Hello Trang
Nice to meet you & the entire Skechers team. I am your new TD liaison located in North America.
Please allow me to explain more in length the reason why we need higher tolerances in seamless manufacturing.
**In cut & sew products:** the fabric is already finished thus only the human manipulation of spreading the fabric, cutting & sewing could affect the final measurement.
**In seamless products:** the fabric does not exist yet & it starts with yarn conditioning, then knitting, tube conditioning, dying, chemical finishing & drying before even getting to the human manipulation factor.
Below is a brief overview of the process (I can add a lot more, but these are the major points) that each garment must go through before arriving at final finished product.
**Yarn conditioning :**
Before knitting, each bobbin received in the factory must transit through a conditioned room & rest for at least 24-48 hours. If not done properly & in the right conditions, this could affect measurements.
**Knitting:**
Every time we re-order yarns, there is a possibility, that they could be slightly different from the initial yarns, thus can affect measurements.Knitting floor, raw yarns & actual seamless machines must be maintained at a certain temperature, humidity level & pressure to ensure consistency of the physical knitted tube; any variation will automatically affect final measurements.Tension of every yarn / bobbin on the machine must be 100% set with proper tension, the moment one of them is off, it could affect final spec. We are talking about a few affected needles with a difference; but multiplied by every 8 rotations (courses) of the machine & it can result in + 1/16” or + 1/8” variation. Same issue can happen & affect lengthwise. The timing between the first knitted tubes and the ones knitted a few hours later (when the machine is warmed up) can create a slight difference in width & / or length.
**Dyeing:**
Water quality, PH & temperature are key factors that could affect the way the garment will shrink during the dying process. Even a one-degree difference can change the properties. As an example, if water is colder, it creates bigger garments & if warmer, creates smaller garments.Every new batch of chemicals used, the dyer must automatically re-adjust the dye formulas to maintain consistency from one dye lot to another.Any slight PH variation can affect how the garment will react to the finishing topical treatment, such as softener / wicking / antimicrobial, etc. As treatments are applied at the last stage of dying & could affect measurements.
**Drying:**
Drying garments after dyeing will also be affected by the outside production floor temperature & humidity. Same as water in the dye process, a garment tumbling too long on a very hot & dry day might slightly be smaller than another garment on a fresh & humid day.
**Cutting & Sewing:**
Seamless cutting lines are normally 3/16” wide but with a 4 way stretch curved line, it is easy to cut an additional 1/16”- 1/8” inside or outside the line when sewing or cutting them. Even by having very experienced & talented employees, human manipulation is unavoidable.
**Pressing:**
Same as knitting, dyeing, or drying, room temperature & humidity can affect final specs.
In conclusion, the entire process which is must more extensive & complicated than cut & sew products, when added together, requires higher tolerance allowances.
****
**We normally suggest to customers to use the following guidelines to determine tolerances to use in bulk production, based on grading of POM:**
0 grade rule = 1/8” tolerance1/8” or ¼” grade rule = because of human manipulation we ask for 1/8” tolerance3/8” or ½” or 5/8” or 3/4” grade rules = Grade rule – 1/8” (as an example ½” grade, tolerance = 3/8”)1” grade rule = 5/8” tolerance (which is our maximum)
If you have any questions or would like to connect to further discuss just let me know. Or any other seamless question that you might have, it would be my pleasure to answer.
Thanking you in advance for your kind consideration of the above.
Best regards,
- I staked my runestone today!
