There is a lot of talk about detachment, but what does it even mean? Are you not supposed to care? What are you detaching from?
In essence detaching means reducing importance in relationship you have with anything around you and within you.
Why to detach? How is this related to Karma you ask.
Simply put, once you place a lot of importance aka attachment to the outcome of any kind you create disbalance and you end up getting what you dont want.
Even if you dont believe in Karma, try opposite even just for fun, set a goal without expectation, view life without attachment simply as it is. But be careful, you might come back and ask me to tell you more.
