- ✨ a little 'about me' ✨
saw so many new frens joining since lens went permissionless, so I thought it would be a good time to do an introduction :)
I'm amber, an artist and photographer based in NYC (but I was born and raised in Taiwan 🇹🇼). I've always been very passionate about visual art and experimented with various media, both traditional and digital. Aside from sketching portraits and imaginary creatures for fun, I also love learning different design tools, both 2D and 3D, to bring my creative vision to life.
I fell in love with film photography in the summer of 2021 when I was traveling abroad, and have been sharing my work constantly ever since. It allows me to tell stories through photographs that resembles my own thoughts and emotions - and when I do capture moments with a digital camera, I always play with the color palette to further convey the mood and solidify the narrative.

- Imagination rules the world.
- Then came the night of the first falling star. It was seen early in the morning, rushing over Winchester eastward, a line of flame high in the atmosphere. Hundreds must have seen it and taken it for an ordinary falling star. It seemed that it fell to earth about one hundred miles east of him.
- The most important point is to accept yourself and stand on your two feet.
- Jeanne wished she has chosen the red button.
- The irony of the situation hadn't escaped her. She had taken years to sculpt the perfect persona with the perfect look that she shared on Instagram. She knew her hundreds of thousands of followers envied that life she showed and stayed engaged with her because they wanted that life too. The truth was that she wanted the perfect life she portrayed more than any of her fans. The fact was that despite all the perfection she shared on social media, her life was actually more of a mess than most.
- A two-inch layer of freshly fallen snow covered the yard. Stacey peeked outside. To most, it would have been a beautiful sight worthy of taking a photo to put on Instagram. For Stacey, it meant something different. The first snow of the year brought back the witches as the fairies in the yard had to seek shelter to avoid the cold.
- What we think determines what happens to us, so if we want to change our lives, we need to stretch our minds.

- Sometimes it's the first moment of the day that catches you off guard. That's what Wendy was thinking. She opened her window to see fire engines screeching down the street. While this wasn't something completely unheard of, it also wasn't normal. It was a sure sign of what was going to happen that day. She could feel it in her bones and it wasn't the way she wanted the day to begin.
- I can't imagine a person becoming a success who doesn't give this game of life everything hes got.
