- coinbase做了base,如果meta要做去中心化社交网络,说明了这些大公司已经意识到了要拥抱去中心化额,若不是去抵制它。

- 在2019年第三季度,美团买菜业务还在谨慎探索中。美团闪购业务则发现在鲜花和药品领域出现了强劲的增长。美团买菜其实是自营模式,美团闪购模式是平台模式,两者的模式是完全不同的,在那时,都处在探索阶段。类似于在网约车领域探索自营和平台模式那样。
- 到2019年第三季度,美团的网约车业务只有上海和南京是自营的了,其它城市都是聚合模式。应该是美团看到网约车业务盈利困难,有强大的滴滴在里面竞争,和现有的业务又缺乏协同效应。所以基本上就战略性退出了自营模式。
- 2019年第三季度,美团更换了质量更加好的共享单车,有美团标志,要通过美团app解锁,希望通过这种方式新增用户,增加交叉销售的机会。同时减少了补贴,单车使用价格上升。
- 构建美团现在的业务规模,需要非常庞大的地推力量,这些商家并不是自己就上线了他们的商品,而是需要在地推人员的推广和销售中实现的。虽然理论上商家可以更换另外一个竞争对手的系统,但是实践起来非常复杂,转换成本是比较高的。抖音在到店业务方面具有流量优势,但是美团在消费者心智方面占据了强大的优势。
- 离交易更近的业务变现能力会更强,反之则较弱。视频是内容,但是直播其本质是带货交易,所以直播的变现能力强,而视频网站变现能力弱。电子商务天然就是变现很方便的业务,美团的业务也都是交易性质的,变现能力也很强。
- 会员制的威力在美团的2019年第三季度外卖业绩中得到了体现,由于需要在1个月内消费完会员资格,会购买会员的一般是重度用户,而购买了会员之后用户习惯进一步被培养,用户也被锁定在平台上,成为粘性更强的优质用户。
- 规模效应的特点就是随着规模的上升,毛利率上升,而毛利的增长率远高于收入的增长率,很多商业都体现出这个特点。
- 2019年第三季度美团继续实现正的经调整后净利润,外卖业务的毛利率虽然环比降低,但仍然有19.5%,二季度是22.3%。到店业务毛利率维持稳定,新业务毛利率大幅提升到了18.7%。整体变现率达到了14.1%的水平。
- 在找到美团买菜和闪购业务之后,美团应该是战略性放弃了共享单车和网约车的持续大规模投入,而是把精力放在了买菜和闪购这两项新业务中去了。从2019年第二季度和第三季度的季报中可见一斑。
