- I’ve never been to one but sold 😂
- I’m be heard a lot of people say that which is intreaguing. Definitely a good concern to have with any dietary changes. In my experience, it’s less about health and more about what people like to eat. They’re worried plant based food won’t be as good. I find the area fascinating as there’s a huge amount of money being poured into creating alternatives to animal based foods. Take this project for example: https://climax.bio . Hence why I wonder if it’s the future of food? Are we moving eventually towards the replicators in startrek?
- I don't want to argue but IMO vegan diet is not sufficient in all nutrition that the human body needs.
- Plant based diet is the future. Prove me wrong.
- A good place to start with longevity is probably first looking inwards and internalising your responsibility for your health, before externalising it. So like being kind to yourself when you’re having a hard time. Being kind to your body (I.e. well balanced diet, no drugs, no smoking). Show up for your inner child more. Etc etc .Then go nuts on cold plunging, infra red, supplements, cloning and cryogenically preserving the best version of yourself. 😎

- # The Dead Internet Theory: Is AI Taking Over Our Online World?
The Dead Internet Theory, a concept that has been circulating in online conspiracy circles for several years, suggests that the internet as we know it is no longer dominated by organic, human-created content. Instead, proponents of this theory argue that artificial intelligence (AI) and bots have taken over, generating the majority of the content we consume online. This shift, they claim, has been orchestrated by governments and corporations to manipulate public perception and create a more controlled online environment.
While the Dead Internet Theory may seem far-fetched at first glance, recent developments in the world of social media have lent some credence to its claims. TikTok, one of the most popular social media platforms, is reportedly exploring the possibility of introducing AI-powered virtual influencers to compete with human influencers for brand deals. This move would allow brands to bypass the high costs associated with partnering with human influencers and instead opt for AI-generated personas that can be tailored to their specific needs.
The implications of this trend are significant. As more platforms embrace AI-generated content, the line between what is real and what is artificial becomes increasingly blurred. This not only raises questions about the authenticity of the content we consume but also about the potential for manipulation and control by those who wield the power of AI.
It is essential to approach the Dead Internet Theory with a critical eye. While it is true that AI and bots play an increasingly significant role in our online experiences, it would be an oversimplification to suggest that the internet is entirely devoid of human activity. Many online communities, such as forums and niche interest groups, continue to thrive on the contributions of passionate individuals who share their knowledge, experiences, and creativity.
Moreover, the rise of AI in content creation and curation is not necessarily a nefarious plot orchestrated by shadowy entities. In many cases, AI is being employed to enhance user experiences, personalize content recommendations, and streamline online interactions. The key lies in striking a balance between leveraging the power of AI and preserving the human element that makes the internet a vibrant and diverse space.
As we navigate this rapidly evolving digital landscape, it is crucial that we remain vigilant and informed. By educating ourselves about the role of AI in our online lives, we can make more informed decisions about the content we consume and the platforms we engage with. Additionally, supporting and participating in online communities that value human interaction and authentic content can help ensure that the internet remains a space for genuine connection and expression.
While the Dead Internet Theory raises important questions about the state of our online world, it is essential to approach it with a nuanced perspective. As AI continues to shape our digital experiences, it is up to us as users to actively engage in shaping the future of the internet – one that balances the benefits of technological advancement with the preservation of human creativity, authenticity, and connection.
