- My opinion is, I would say yes for multiple reasons, like the cost by action will be reduced, easy to scale to get more users, no trouble in transferring messages threw multiple chains with techno like LayerZero.
But the advantage of Lens is its integration with other dApp threw its modules (Aave for example, and many more to come/build) and this will be less possible with Lens on its own rollup. And the trouble to bridge money (get a big TVL) and we already see this trouble with Optimism, Arbitrum getting less TVL than Ethereum so a specific rollup for Lens would reproduce this trouble.
The only thing I know is if it's not an EVM rollup NGMI I think; because hard to get innovation.
Anyway, if Lens decides to move to its own rollup I'm confident with the goat team building it so I think it would be a well-considered decision.
