- **Context: data that helps give meaning to other data.**
Smart contracts rely on a lot of context when building efficient systems. In the multichain world, **context is getting left behind**, with trusted oracles & inefficient systems left instead.
**It's time to bridge that context**
An example of context: wstETH. Any wallet can hold the wstETH token and interact with it, however contracts might like to know the rate between wstETH and stETH. This *context* is provided by the contract via *`stEthPerToken()`*.
https://etherscan.io/token/0x7f39c581f595b53c5cb19bd0b3f8da6c935e2ca0#readContract#F10
The problem arises once wstETH is bridged to another network. This context, **is no longer present in the bridged token**. Instead contracts must rely on a trusted oracle or operate without the information, both suboptimal solutions.
For my fomo #ETHLisbon hack, I built `Context Provider`, a pair of contracts that lets anyone bridge rate provider data from Ethereum to Polygon PoS & zkEVM using `FxPortal`. No permissioned actors. No oracles. Designed to bring contextual `ERC-4626` data to a multichain world.

Thank you to everyone who has made the first year of Lens Protocol so special and groundbreaking. Lens has brought together builders, creators, communities, and friends, all while in beta.
There's so much planned for the second year ahead, and we can't wait to continue to grow with all of you.
Who did you become frens with on Lens?

- Hey everyone! This post is my attempt at some Socratic philosophy. Please read it scenically and with an open mind. The goal of this dialect is to either disprove atheism, or prove that there are two planes of reality. As a gnostic, this is an important exercise in affirming or proving my personal beliefs of the hypostasis. If you think of a good criticism, I would really enjoy it!
Here it goes:
So we are going to start by making two assumptions that have to be true for reality to exist in only one plane of existence.
The first assumption is: The universe must be infinite. If this is untrue then the universe must be contained within another set of reality.
The second assumption is that: consciousness is created by a summation of atomic like particles. If this is untrue then consciousness is arising (or in my biased opinion connecting) to our perceived plane of reality.
So the first natural question is this: Is consciousness made up of matter?
We look at the laws defined and say, “yes, consciousness is made up of matter.”
The next question is this, “Given infinite time, should our consciousness be reconstructed by the realignment of matter.”
When we look at the laws defined we should answer, “Yes, given an infinite time after death our consciousness should be reconstructed, and it should in fact be ‘us.’”
The next question is more perplexing: “Based on the statement that consciousness can be reconstructed given an infinite amount of time, would you say that in an infinite universe, you should be conscious in greater than one location?”
While unintuitive, the answer according to our laws is: “yes, of course.”
Now the follow up is the real killer, “Then why aren’t you? Why aren’t you or any of the other of billions of humans on earth experiencing.”
The clear answer is that one of the two laws is incorrect, imo disproving the notion of atheism. The best counter arguments imo are the monist-everything is happening in your head, but I still think that’s two planes: your head and perceived reality. And, there’s also the argument that consciousness is serial, not continuous, and generated in parallel with the surrounding universe, so the laws would be true and you would just be interacting with parallel universes simultaneously, but I don’t really buy that personally. Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed and please lmk your thoughts!

- ARBITRUM AIRDROP IS LIVE 🔵 🪂
Finally, ARB claim site started to work a few minutes ago.
Thread: how to claim and delegate right now! 🧙♂️ 🏛️
▓▓▓▓▓▓ 100%
To claim:
1. Go to Arbitrum's website: 🔗 http://arbitrum.foundation
2. Click on "Claim" and follow the steps
3. Delegate to olimpio.eth 🏛️
4. ✅
If you believe I am the right fit. My principles are decentralization, self-custody, privacy
For months, I recommended everyone to delegate their $OP tokens.
Then, Optimism did their Airdrop #2, and one eligibility criteria was to be active in governance (a.k.a. delegating)
Do with this as you may 👀
💡 ICYMI: delegating is enabling your voting power to a delegate
Here is my delegate application and some thoughts of DeFi, blockchain, and governance:

Where to trade ARB?
• Use DexScreener/GeckoTerminal to monitor blockchains for pools.
1. Take $ARB's token contract: 0x912ce59144191c1204e64559fe8253a0e49e6548
2. Paste in on http://dexscreener.com / http://geckoterminal.com
3. You will see a pool list where ARB is trading!
Also, centralized exchanges CEXs are listing $ARB.
Almost all of them confirmed listing.
• Binance: today 17:00 (UTC)
• OKX: today (UTC) - 20 mins after claim opens
• Kucoin: today (UTC) - immediately on claim open
• Coinbase: "if and when liquidity conditions are met" 🤡
Transactions not going through?
• If you are having problems with your transactions going through, Arbitrum RPC nodes could be having server load issues.
Here is a thread I made to create your custom RPC endpoint for free and in 5 minutes: https://twitter.com/OlimpioCrypto/status/1638665520940560384
ARB had a rocky launch, with their main website failing for more than 1 hour, and Arbiscan also going down.
The team denies it's from a DDoS or similar attack, they say it's just server load.
If you are still experiencing issues, retry, it works intermittently.
