Did my first full MURPH (unweighted) - thanks Mark Zuckerberg for the motivation - he smashed it and I smashed him πͺπ₯ My time: sub 36:00 (not exact because I ran too far) I did a whole lot better than I expected based off my training but got into the Savage Zone and just did it β‘οΈ What is a MURPH? - 1 mile run - 100 pull-ups - 200 push-ups - 300 squats - another 1 mile run β‘οΈRunning took me 13 mins β‘οΈThe 600 Reps took me 23 mins Training started about 2 weeks ago: - first half MURPH reps -> full reps - pull-ups sets of 5 with 30 second rest in between -> progressed to 10 with 30s - push-ups was the same but 20s - squats was sets of 50 The training absolutely smashed my body to begin with but it adapted quickly ππ» @lens/saskasandholm @lens/0xtomi you guys should give this a try as we embrace the inner NBSπ₯π₯·πΌπͺ
