- This piece with Irinja is something coming from deep yerning and a lineage of religious works. Like she is making a case for her entry to heaven. There is a knowing in it that in the material world the light is always accompanied by the shadow. While making your case, you have nothing to hide behind. In the eyes of God, all is on display.

- In contemporary art this is part of the digital originals produced since 2008.
To most it looks like a random bunch of images. To me, every single one is a story with effort backed by an unreasonable amount of faith in life.
They carry collaboration, visions, dreams, nightmares, disappointments and the creative essence. Each piece is a piece of me in motion frozen in a time capsule.
I’ve been a professional creative my whole adult life. I did work a couple jobs as a late teenager in a liquer store and a candle shop. Also some bar tending at Uni.
Before art, my life was as dedicatedly in film for a decade running a small production company making documentaries, TV series, music videos and all kinds of promos as well as photography.
I was born for this, but do often still question if this makes any sense at all. Being an artist is a profession your parents will warn you about, yet if you are one, nothing can stop you from becoming it and finding a way.

- Even if the Senses works automatically break some boundaries on a sensual level, this is not their primary intent nor function. This work made with Veeppu explores the feeling of perhaps something reflected in the Barbie movie. A fluffy candy world sitting on a cloud of innocence. A more of a space to breathe than the most peaceful hammock on a tropical holiday. Why?
Because it allows for an adult who has long since left her innocence behind, to go live inside this world for a bit. Does the adult world intrude into this feeling with a reminder of how we algorithmically, religiously, and in general socially perceive the implied nude aspect? Certainly. That is also what makes this an artwork, not fashion, clickbait, or other forms of pop culture. Yup. Is there an implied danger? Much like in the David Lynch films of suburbia? Yes again.
We can't return to our childhood, and to many this kind of innocence never existed. To me personally, I've found these kind of experiences through spiritual practice, psychedelics, and / or moments allowing a reach beyond our material world. So is there more there there? Does our innocence lost imply there was a spiritual realm before we entered our bodies and perhaps one after. Take it how you will, but it is a fact for me.
The sessions themselves, when shooting, explore ways to leave some of the pain we carry behind. To envision a brighter future via methods like NLP.
The controversy (for all the right reasons) continues.

Soon minting on Ordinals.
- I'm certainly at a cross-roads of sorts. I'm starting to think the only way I can use any centralised social media is in protest of what it is like and its nonsensical double standards. The last few days, as well as of course the last 15 years haven't done wonders to my health on any level. Not sure if ignorance is bliss but..
I remember some Andreas Antonopoulos speeches where he explains the difference in between people looking at crypto as investments and those in desperate need of a stable govt currency. I'm not joining these new platforms because I want to. I'm joining them because I have to. I’ve been posting on socials since Myspace. Starting a new is… an effort.
The lunacy of how this works now either demoralizes you, takes you down to its level, and going down this route just ends up hurting my associations. I'd prefer to not be a simple protest voice - which you mostly won't hear due to the algos. I also value my friends and understand the various binds they are in. We are all in the big grinder of souls.
While I get that no one productive wants bad vibes or whining around them, the gridlock for me here on socials is airtight. If I make things, which don't break any rules, they are still banned and my accounts are "disfavored". My art is not ok. Being in crypto is not ok. Having NFTs is not ok. If I keep positive, no one sees it. I've stayed constructive about this for 15 years now.
It clearly hasn't worked.
This image next to my art is fine for 19M people. My art is not.
In the meanwhile, pls be patient with me as these pages are under "Who the fuck knows how to be in construction".
The artwork was made with an aspiring model Amanda. In the session we imagined and constructed her dreams into a new kind of reality. I didn't know how it ended up mostly, for now, reflecting on how this world has been actively negating my own.
As always, your support matters.

- Hey Lens, happy to join this platform.
I'm a visual artist & supported web3 since 2017.
Here is my most recent work from the Senses project, which is minting series II on Ordinals very soon.
It was made with Essi, who modelled for me two months back, merged with my layer painting pics and some other photoshop magic.
The project itself, despite not revealing anything more than usual, tends to get flagged a lot on social media, so trying if Lens could be a good home for sharing my art.
