Tóm lại, lá thư này nói:
OK, bà kêu gọi Quốc hội phải ra luật, chúng tôi đồng ý nhưng theo bà thì luật phải như thế nào? Cụ thể là crypto như Bitcoin và Ether là hàng hóa thì nên do CFTC (Cơ quan Quản lý Hợp đồng Tương lai và Hàng hóa) quản lý, nếu vậy thì bà có đồng ý không?
Bitcoin và Ether chiếm 60% của thị trường tiền điện tử, có một sự tranh cãi về mặt kỹ thuật vì Chủ tịch Gensler nói phần lớn tiền điện tử là chứng khoán và không được quản lý, Patrick McHenry thì nói là phần lớn không phải là chứng khoán vì Bitcoin và Ether là phần lớn của thị trường này (vốn hoá vs. số đồng).
Và nếu một tiền điện tử không phải là chứng khoán thì quy định FSOC không thể áp dụng được (nghĩa là bắt buộc công ty truyền thống cung cấp dịch vụ tiền điện tử phải có số tiền mặt tương đương dự trữ), và hỏi là bà Yellen có đồng ý không?
Bức thư cũng hỏi nếu vậy thì theo bà Yellen thì SEC đóng vai trò gì trong crypto? Áp dụng Howey Test là một cách làm vô dụng vì chỉ sau khi tất cả đã xong thì SEC mới nói cái gì là chứng khoán, vậy làm sao có thể bảo vệ được các nhà đầu tư.
Nói tóm lại, trước đây nói không cần luật mới, bây giờ chủ động đòi luật mới thì luật mới là luật là như thế nào?

Tweeting about airdrops also has the exact opposite effect of shilling shitcoins:
Shitcoin Tweet → You pump your own bag
Airdrop Tweet → You dilute your own bag
And what for? I don't do paid tweets, so I'm only left with clout and a 'congrats, very nice' lmao
Unlike 90% of the airdrop influencer LARPs who just tweet to gain a following and then take up paid tweets/sponsorships/seed deals/scam scripts to dump on you, I'm actively in the trenches; grinding airdrops every single day
I essentially got a taste of my own medicine [in a good way], and now can't get enough of it
Maybe shilling ref links more frequently could make up for the dilution, or tweeting in riddles so the large farming operations following me have to work a little harder
Is the clout worth the dilution? Or would I rather get a much larger piece of the pie?
