- 我们一直都在说稳定币的市场就是币市中最重要的环节，几乎没有之一，而交易所和稳定币之间的合作也凸显出兵家的必争之地，USDT和Bitfinex的捆绑可以开创了稳定币的篇章，BUSD和Binance的合作创造了顶级交易所免手续费的先河，USDC和Coinbase虽然之前没有合作的那么紧密，但USDC在Coinbase可以直接当做USD来使用，降低了用户的门槛。可以看到交易所和稳定币的合作越来越多，也越来越紧密，跑马圈地是交易所和稳定币发行方双赢的局面。
就在今天凌晨Coinbase和Circle共同发布信息，两者开始更紧密的合作，USDC将会在六条新的公链上发行，Coinbase也通过投资Circle来增加对稳定币的支持，而且不仅仅是投资Coinbase还开始收购Circle的股份。上周我们才报道过Circle的财报显示最近半年盈利了7.79亿美元，虽然没有Tether的第二季度营收10亿美元这么恐怖，但这种盈利规模还是超过了大量的上市公司，当然相比来说虽然在第二季度Coinbase的总营收同比下滑12%，但仍然将近7.1亿美元，即便是和Tether相比差距也不是很大。但相对来说交易所赚的都是“辛苦钱”，而稳定币的营收更多的则是吃利息。
这次发布的信息中，重点也阐述了Coinbase入资Circle以后将会更多的获得USDC储备利息中的收入，Coinbase长期以来一直分享USDC的收入，USDC得到了现金和国债等流动性资产储备的支持。随着借款利率接近15年高点，USDC利息收入已成为 Coinbase 财务业绩的重要贡献者。 根据其股东信函，Coinbase第二季度从 USDC 获得了 1.51 亿美元的收入。同时本次的合作后，因为USDC将连通更多的公链，这些沉淀产生的利润Circle也会和Coinbase根据每个平台上持有的数量进行分享，并且两者将平均分享USDC更广泛的分发和使用所产生的利息收入。
说人话就是Circle今后就会和Coinbase更加紧密的合作，前者看中的是后者的用户和资金支持，后者看中的是前者躺赚的能力。这里不能忽视的是虽然看上去现在USDC的市值一直在降低，可能会影响USDC的收益连带影响Coinbase的收益，但目前美国的政府部分已经越来越关注稳定币的市场，上个月美国众议院的一个重要小组先进的监管稳定币的法案的提案，以及美联储和白宫都在进行对于稳定币的商讨（不是CBDC），而且目前虽然因为美联储加息的原因导致资金离开币市，但如果这次BTC的减半仍然能保持哪怕以往一半的威力，稳定币的市场仍然值得期待。
这很有可能也是Binance开始多线布局稳定币的原因之一。
