香港证监会今年 6 月正式实行新的虚拟资产交易平台制度，要求所有在香港经营的交易平台必须申领牌照，但设有 12 个月过渡期，供在强制发牌制度前已在香港经营的平台过渡至新发牌制度。然而，证监会一再强调若平台经营不属于新制度下容许的行为，将会触犯条例。

The story for this piece starts with the myth of "Arachne", **a weaver so skillful that she was able to challenge Athena into a competition**. Even though she won, Arachne was turned into a spider because the goddess couldn't handle to loose to a mortal. I wanted to reinterpret this story by making The queen of Fries owning the curse of talent, turning her into a Web 3 mythological creature, that creates an intricate web of projects meant to Shine like stars in the Decentralised universe.
