—— What makes Lens special? ——
1. It’s decentralized and composable.
All Lens data is stored on the Polygon blockchain. This means that no company has control of your data, only you do! No one can delete your profile, posts, or followers
Composable means that all of your data (followers, posts, etc) appear on every Lens website/app… it’s all shared!
If you switch to a new Lens website, your data is already there!
2. Posts can be collected
Every post can be “collected” a set number of times for a price set by its creator. When a post is collected, a “collect” is created. This is a copy of a post. Each post can have a limited amount of collects
Collects can be collected on most Lens platforms and can be bought, sold, and traded on LensPort
Collects function as the economy of Lens! They are a novel new mechanism for creators to earn and for collectors to feel social ownership

- We’ve seen costly signals galore as the Eth Maxis have burrowed their flags.
There was a time when transacting on Ethereum was cost prohibitive, forcing many smaller fish to transact on Polygon or L2s like Arbitrum or Optimism.
Not perfectly so, but close enough: only the big players used Ethereum as their main chain for transactions.
I remember perusing Opensea about a year ago and noticing the stark price difference between NFTs on Polygon and NFTs on Ethereum.
Was it a costly signal to have business on Ethereum? You bet it was.

it's the second single from my debut album and the first song off the album I wrote. I wanted a song that helps me process emotion—most of the instrumentation is improvised, and with the open structure of this song it gave me the chance to dive further into how I feel. hope you enjoy !

- High yield investment programs (HYIPs) are investment opportunities that promise high returns on investment in a short period of time. These programs are usually advertised through flashy websites and marketing materials, and they offer returns that are significantly higher than what traditional investments like stocks and bonds provide. However, the returns that these programs promise are often too good to be true, and in many cases, they are scams designed to separate investors from their money.
HYIPs operate through online platforms and websites that market their services to potential investors. These websites often feature testimonials from supposed satisfied customers and promises of high returns. The operators of these programs claim to use investors' money to invest in high-return ventures, such as real estate, stocks, or foreign exchange markets. They promise to pay investors a high rate of interest or dividends in exchange for their investment.
While some HYIPs may actually invest a portion of investors' money in legitimate ventures, the returns promised by these programs are often inflated or completely false. In some cases, HYIPs operate as Ponzi schemes, using new investors' money to pay returns to earlier investors. This allows the operators of the scheme to make off with investors' money, leaving them with nothing.
HYIPs scam investors by promising unrealistic returns, providing false information about their operations and investments, operating as a Ponzi scheme, offering referral commissions, and disappearing with investors' money. To protect yourself from HYIP scams, you should always do your due diligence before investing in any opportunity. You should be wary of promises of high returns with little risk, lack of transparency about the company's operations or investments, pressure to invest quickly or recruit others, poor track record or negative reviews from other investors, and lack of regulation or oversight by financial authorities.
In conclusion, HYIPs are scams that promise high returns in a short period of time. You should approach them with extreme caution and do your research before investing in any opportunity. Remember, if an investment opportunity seems too good to be true, it probably is.

- With the development of science and technology, artificial intelligence has begun to enter the operation of human society.
Several sounds have been discussing now. The two most mainstream sounds are against the development of artificial intelligence. Another voice is to support the development of artificial intelligence, because such people firmly believe that artificial intelligence will help humans.
The nature of human beings determines the essence of humanity and the spirit of exploration.
So is it good to oppose artificial intelligence or support it?

Where blockchain meets AI, you're going to see a huge disruption of industries that thrive off of fucking over the consumer.
The principal agent problem doesn't HAVE to be a problem. It's rooted in a trust problem, and decentralized infrastructure fundamentally solves problems like this.

- Increasingly believe all music (and content!) will be onchain.
Not for monetary reasons...
... because it might be the only way to verify authenticity in a world of ai.
- 🔎 **Basics** 🔎
**Your rights.**
Can you name the 5 freedoms guaranteed in the 1st Amendment?
Every person has freedom of speech, religion, assembly, the press, and the right to petition the govt.
The 4th Amendment protects you from “unreasonable searches,” meaning cops can't search you without probable cause. If an officer ever asks, "Can I search your __?", **respectfully say NO**. You're innocent until proven guilty, meaning you have nothing to gain from a search.
The 5th Amendment protects your right to remain silent,
while the
6th Amendment protects your right to counsel (a lawyer). Always, always, always w**ait to speak until a lawyer is by your side.** Remember, you start out innocent: it can only get worse.
