- After religious and artists, babies are the most capable of escaping reality. When they are in high spirits, they move bricks and tiles in groups and play hide-and-seek... If you don't play fair, you have a good fight. Hit the pain, then simply cry. When you cry, you wipe your tears and smile before you do something else. They are naive, they do things on the spur of the moment, they never look ahead, so they live the happiest. If you want to complete the happiness of life, you must save a little childish, this childish application is very wide.

- Tang Cui Xinming has a broken poem "maple fall Wu Jiang cold", I inadvertently remember. I thought it was an honor for him, because no one around had ever heard of his name, let alone his broken line. This is also my honor, because I not only remember this sentence of his, yes, only with a "Gu Fang" selected in the Whole Tang Poetry, but also firmly remember a poem anecdote related to it. Cui Xinming was born into a famous family, eunuch way flat, in the late Sui and early Tang Dynasties to do two county magistrate, only to poetry is proud, eyes above the top. One day, while he was boating on the river, he came across another passenger boat. On it was Zheng Shiyi, an equally well-born, equally pretentious poet -- a clerk in Yangzhou who had joined the army. Zheng Shiyi politely said: "Long heard of your famous sentence 'maple fall Wujiang cold', but never seen the whole, today is convenient, can let me appreciate it?" Cui Xinming heard great joy, feel like Yu Boya met Zhong Ziqi, in addition to the other party to name, but also the side over the years accumulated more than one hundred poems, all respectfully served. Zheng Shiyi took over, first read the song asked for, shaking his head, disappointed, and then read the manuscript, slightly turned over, skimming his mouth, disdain said: "It is not as famous as meeting!" He threw the manuscript into the river and sailed away. Cui Xinming saw his life efforts are put into water, to save no plan, want to cry without tears, can only cry helplessly. However, a sentence of "cold maple fall Wujiang", but because of this allusion, in the "Whole Tang poetry" preserved, became Cui Xinming poetry tree in the "last leaf", tenacious green until today. Zheng Shiyi also became the "painter" of the "last leaf" in Tang poetry because of his arrogant and inhuman rejection, so as to leave a name for later generations.

- Leisure must be combined with games, complex games must be learned, so learning games is learning how to deal with more leisure. What kind of game a person wants to play is highly personal. Contemporary people, especially the future people's life goal will fall on the game. It also shows once again that the purpose of people's lives today and in the future cannot be assigned by authority or others, but by their own choices through contact and trial.

- The catcher takes the same initiative to catch the ball as the pitcher or batter. The pitcher or batter is responsible for the "delivery," and his concept of action is in making the ball move. The catcher or outfielder's responsibility is to "receive," and his action is to stop the ball. Both are activities, but in a slightly different way. If anything was passive, it was the ball. The ball is senseless. It can be thrown by the pitcher or caught by the hand, depending on how the player plays. The relationship between writer and reader is similar. What is written and read, like the ball, is shared by active, dynamic parties, begins with one and ends with the other. We can take this analogy concept further. The art of the catcher is the ability to catch any pitch -- fastball, curveball, variation, off-speed, etc. In the same way, the art of reading is about mastering every piece of information as well as possible.

- We want to address the cycle of liquidations that occurred in the CRV pool on the Aave Protocol today. The liquidations were successful (and worked as designed), but unfortunately, the size of the position left some excess debt within the protocol.
A large CRV borrow that had been building up for the last week was mostly cleared by the protocol liquidation process. However, the position was not covered entirely and 2.64M CRV (≈ null.6M at current value) remains. This represents less than 0.1% of the borrows on the protocol.
The Aave ecosystem was built with a number of mechanisms that the Aave community can deploy to cover events like this, including the Safety Module, the Ecosystem Reserve & the DAO Treasury.
In the coming days, we believe the Aave community and its contributors will initiate a discussion in response to this incident.
Community contributor @monetsupply.lens additionally opened a discussion on the governance forum on reviewing long-term asset risk on Aave V2 market
Most importantly, today’s events are in contrast to those we have seen with centralized entities in the space – the transactions were entirely traceable and auditable on-chain, providing transparency for users and the community.

- Learning without real change is ineffective learning. Even if an article or a book is reasonable, if it does not ultimately contribute to their own change, I will think that the process of reading this article or this book is ineffective learning, because when needed, I can't extract any truth that makes me nod my head, so although they seem very reasonable, but actually have nothing to do with me, I will boldly abandon such truth.

- DR ADAKU - Jisike [Visualizer]
"Jisike" was my first ever single. It is a relaxing, soothing and calming song, giving you soulful afro-lofi chill vibes in Igbo and English. For 3mins and 50 seconds whilst you're listening to the song, relax, close your eyes, sit back and take a deep breath. I released it in 2020 which was such an eventful year, to say the least, but nonetheless I hope this song is an evergreen reminder that everything will be okay, even when it doesn't feel like it. The song was written and recorded by me and it's full of encouraging words to get you through any hard times. My PhD research actually focused on wellbeing so it's right up my street. I also recorded this song during the peak of the pandemic so I taught myself how to record my own vocals as I couldn't go to a studio. It was produced by 'Manna Vibe' and 'Thanky Kit' both based in Lagos but after some remote back and forth, we were able to create Jisike!
Keywords:
O ga di mma - everything will be okay
Jisike - don't lose hope, keep going, stay strong
I hope this song and visualizer helps you relax! Collect for 2 MATIC with 25% mirror referral rewards.

This is a huge step forward for UX for the API. This is our first steps doing optimistic API updates, this means when you do a free follow or collect the state will be reflected straight away in the UI experience. No need for hard UI optimistic caching and this inherits on all of the lens apps instantly. The transaction then is processed in the background without the user having to wait. This means for example you follow user Y and then refresh it will still look like your following, you will start seeing them in the timeline and it just be as it is like on web2 social media sites. Optimistic API updates is something we going to be doing for all actions as we start trying to build the best UX we can from the API level.

- Observation is about paying attention to the world around you, seeing how things work, finding things that can be improved or patterns that can be borrowed. In the process of user growth, we should carefully observe the interaction process between users and products, perceive the user experience in an immersive way, and find the links that can be optimized. The user's perception is always right, and the reason they have an unexpected perception is because we didn't do our job properly. Having a sense of engagement with the user experience can help the user growth team get inspiration for growth.

- You Can't Buy Community w/Parker Jay-Pachirat | S3 E8
Parker Jay-Pachirat is Head of Community and on the Investment Team at Fintech Collective, a DeFi investment firm. She is also part of the Founding Team of Boys Club, a community and DAO helping women and non-binary individuals navigate web3.
Parker had a pretty untraditional journey into web3, with a background in humanities and having studied critical theory at a liberal arts college. However, when Parker first learned about blockchain technology, she was so hooked that she decided to pursue a career as a crypto VC, and against all odds, she broke into her dream industry.
We dive right into the episode by discussing off chain influences on DAO governance. Parker believes that code isn’t law (despite popular belief) and embraces the nuances of humanity in complex decision making. She believes that by utilizing off chain influences for the greater good of the DAO, you can actually create healthier governance models and more authentically represent the will of the DAO. We discuss the pros and cons of anonymous voting, and issues surrounding social capital, voter apathy, and token voting in general.
Parker believes that there’s no one right way to structure a DAO, but instead thinks deeply about how DAO structure and governance can be implemented differently to best serve the unique purpose of individual DAOs. At Boys Club, Parker is directly overseeing the process of turning Boys Club into a DAO and she’s spent the last 11 months researching, creating, and implementing a structure and governance system that is specifically tailored to Boys Club.
Parker’s shares what she’s most excited about as a VC - zero knowledge proofs and rollups. We also dive into how Parker distinctly differentiates marketing from community, with marketing being something you can purchase and community being something that is priceless. Parker shares her thoughts on post humanism as it relates to blockchain technology and inadvertently discloses that she is a Neuralink maxi.
Through some fun closing questions we learn a little bit more about Parker personally - she loves StarkNet, her job(s), Boys Club forking, and the city of Berlin.

- Building the Digital City of Cities w/Julia Rosenberg & Chase Chapman | S3 E9
In this episode of Rehash, we sat down with Julia Rosenberg and Chase Chapman from Metropolis to discuss all things DAOs, governance, and Metropolis.
Julia started learning about crypto after being frustrated with web2 scaling models in her startup journey, which eventually led her to co-founding Metropolis (previously Orca Protocol.) Chase fell down the crypto rabbit hole while working in marketing and data analytics. After graduating college she dove headfirst into the DAO ecosystem and started contributing to DAOs full time. She eventually started her own podcast, On the Other Side, where she talks about the human aspects of web3. Eventually she met Julia and fell in love with Orca Protocol (now Metropolis) before joining the team there.
Julia and Chase lay some groundwork for the episode by defining governance, not only in the DAO ecosystem, but much more broadly. We compare DAOs to digital cities and discuss the transition from corporate structures to DAOs, which transfers more ownership to members and gives them more autonomy over their work. We touch on the complexity of DAOs, the ways in which they are failing, the ways in which they can benefit humanity, and how Metropolis is enabling them to achieve better governance.
Julia and Chase explain the Metropolis rebrand and help listeners understand how the protocol works on a very basic and tangible level. We discuss the importance of organizations being human centric and scalable, and the two share how they have seen DAOs evolve as well as how they think they’ll evolve in the coming years.
