- At the end of 2023, I almost experienced burnout from the number of work-related tasks. I got sick on Christmas Day and wrote some resolutions for 2024 ๐
In 2024 I will try to earn money with an emphasis on mental health: I was so tired at the end of 2023 and worked so hard that it feels like I need to take 2024 slow
So now, at the slightest sign of discomfort, I do something good for myself
So yesterday I:
โ started the morning with Pilates
โ in the afternoon I realized that I was starting to get stressed because of work: I immediately closed the laptop and went for a walk
โ bought myself fresh flowers and cinnamon buns
โ went to a friendโs dance class in the evening instead of working
Yay for the effort, already feel better about life
