GM☕️to all the cold brew drinkers out there. I regularly make cold brew in two ways: one is the traditional 24 hour soak method, but the other is with the sous vide technique. 2 hours @ 150°F/65°C, cloth filter. I’ve tried many, many blind taste tests. I haven’t found any noticeable difference between the two.
