📍Nosy Iranja, Madagascar 🇲🇬 Arrived at the Maldives of Madagascar, even more beautiful than the real ones ☀️ As the island of Nosy Be, where we are staying, cannot boast great beaches, we went on an excursion to an island an hour away by boat, Nosy Iranja. This island actually consists of two islands, larger and smaller, connected by a sandy shoal 1 km long that can be easily walked when the tide is low. This is best seen from the hill on the larger island, which is reached after about ten minutes of walking; the view is breathtaking! There is also a village on this island, and people are mainly engaged in making and selling souvenirs to tourists. Some of the most beautiful souvenirs I have seen so far are in Madagascar; they are so colorful, and the selection is enormous. The excursion to this island costs around 25 €, and it includes lunch as well as a visit to a lemur island, where we met a new species of lemurs that you can see in the last two photos.
