- I would be surprised if Lens doesn't implement something similar to Friend Tech
- Some napkin math for friend.tech airdrop.
- $BLUR had 146000 users in season 1.
- 40M TVL right before airdrop.
- Airdropped 12% of supply and reached 4B FDV.
Friend Tech
- 130000 users and 8M TVL.
- At 10% of $BLUR's peak FDV and 12% airdrop, that's $0.48 per point.
- I would be surprised if Lens doesn't implement something similar to Friend Tech
- I don't know what I'm missing but Starknet is so slow.
- Feel like $DMT is a good play here
- Kinda getting tired of airdrop farming. Anyone feeling the same?
- I think the room temperature superconductor is real.
- The older I get the more I realize people don't know what they are talking about.
- Worldcoin ($WLD) is basically Sam Altman and OpenAI social token.
- If you hate a coin, just buy it.
- Been thinking about this for the past couple days. I want Twitter to win but I think Threads will likely succeed in taking market share over time.
Threads is really cringey when you look at the content because when you have real friends, family, and your identity attached to what you are writing online, people only share a limited safe version of what's on their mind. Just look at Instagram and LinkedIn. The pictures people post about themselves are edited to create a better version of themselves and people circlejerk each other just so that they can get a referral or look nice to future employers.
Twitter on the other hand is a lot more honest. But that's also their achilleas heel. Honesty and anonymity often lead to toxicity and extremism. From a business point of view, they will most likely want to advertise on Threads vs Twitter to avoid taking the risk of being associated with negative content.
Meta is also a lot bigger as a company. They have more revenue, more funding, more capital while Twitter is frantically trying to stay afloat and cutting cost everywhere. Not to throw shade at Twitter employees but after losing half of their colleagues, I don't think they can compete with Meta where the level of hiring is still considered top of the industry.
I want Twitter to succeed. I think it's good to have a social media platform where people share their thoughts freely with minimal censorship, but the future doesn't look great.
TLDR, Elon really needs to win his fight against Zuck if he wants to turn around the image of Twitter and himself.
- Feeling a lot of FOMO recently. It's looking like $BTC spot ETF will be approved and with the $BTC halvening next year, I think we are looking at most 6 months before the craziness kicks in. My bet is on Arbitrum with EIP-4844 which I expect to be ready around end of Q4 or early Q1. My plan is to buy $ARB and $GMX. I think GMX v2 will be ready soon and it will be a nice hedge for downside volatility.

- Feel like $UNIBOT is undervalued by the market. Even right now, it's paying 50% APY with 5% coming from bot fees. Users and volume are increasing steadily. More importantly, there's so much room for the project to grow.
It can expand to Discord and other apps.
It can add perps and leverage with GMX and other protocols.
It can support L2s and other alt-layer 1s.

- Some random thought I had the other day. If you think crypto is gonna go down short term, might as well long $GMX. Due to increased volatility, it would most likely outperform $ETH and even if you are wrong and all of crypto goes up, you would be directionally correct. With upcoming narratives around EIP-4844 and GMX v2, it seems like a good buy at the minimum.

- I have no idea how half of my defi investments work
- What's the best build on TOTK?
- might as well use this time to spend gas on Ethereum for cheap
- Jokic is just too good
- still playing Zelda, spent couple hours yesterday just moving a stone to a shrine and it was amazing
- might as well play Zelda while we chop away

- Is anyone building BNS (Bitcoin Naming Service)? Seems like a low hanging fruit if ordinals is a thing
- $GND looks interesting here. Longing $ARB coins seems like the play here.

- defi summer -> $ARB summer?
- You have to remind yourself that traders are traders. Unless you sit in front of the computer ready to make the exact same trade, you're always going to have bad entry and exits compared to whoever you follow on CT. They might be right but following them blindly will cost you over the long term. Be an investor and stack coins you believe in long term.

- Timeline on EIP-4844:
Tim Beiko specifically mentioned 1 year for when EIP-4844 would arrive on mainnet during Shapella livestream. In context, it was pretty clear he wanted to give a safe estimation for EIP-4844 to avoid making "delays".
I remember there being talks of including EIP-4844 along with Shanghai earlier this year.
Combining the two, I think realistically EIP-4844 would likely ship early 2024. Personally I would guess 9 months from now but I wouldn't be too surprised if it takes a whole year as well.

- I would also sell all of it tmrw as 04/20 will most likely be a "sell the news" event.
- Bought a very small amount of $PEPE earlier today. With 04/20 approaching, I think there's a good chance the pump continues tmrw. $BONK reached $150 million market cap earlier this year. If $PEPE does the same it will be around 38.

- The $ARB trade was obvious couple weeks ago and is obvious now. No other coin fits the L2/EIP-4844 narrative better.
