Good morning! I can’t seem to get more than 6 hours sleep now days.. need to get it back up to 8 hours maybe I should read before bed

8 Hours of sleep is a scam it doesn't count how much you get but what qualify you get I sleep 3h today for example and I feel great
Gm Zo! Try to make sure you create darkness in your room, with just a soft light for reading. No TV and no phone before bed! This will trigger your melatonin and help you out 😴

Is it maybe too bright in the morning at your place? For me absolute darkness is a gamechanger.
