Yeah, your growth&interaction-rate is bigger than you're used to and a huge amount is due to the "small swimming pool" you jumped in.
BUT:
In this pool are more like-minded fish, which makes it easier to find each other versus in the ocean.
If 4 interested people react here versus 1 (or no-one) on Twitter, it's still a success. Not as big as you hoped, but still.
