It may be coincidental, yes, but the important thing is that it was created by the artist. I think AI only gives us aesthetic outputs in visual, text, video or other forms.

It can be accidental, but it must be directly created by the artist if we want to approach the topic as purists. If there's no personal effort then it's just an automated visual output.
Art can be anything that elicits an emotion from its experiencer. So, yes, i think it can be found in places it wasn't specifically put.
