Mistake 1: You only accept Ethereum as the option for crypto. No need for Crypto when there's another Keyword crypto - Exception when you accept more than one crypto. The dropdown adds to the conflict. Remove it. Mistake 2: Change Ethereum - Ethereum Mainnet to Eth - Ethereum network (ERC20 only) Use text hierarchy to ensure clarity. Lots of non-experienced crypto users send crypto from multiple platforms like CEX that allow them to send Ethereum from their account to an address while using other networks Binance Smart Chain, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Polygon, etc. Overall, Network is a more relatable name for something that has to do with transfer than mainnet. See attached screenshot. Mistake 3: Good warning but again (related to mistake 2) it should be Only ERC20 Network. Sending funds using any other network like polygon, BSC, Avalanche, etc will result in loss of funds. Most CEX platforms do this well - eg Binance.
