I don’t know too much about Dubai but I applaud their efforts in weather management. Really nice to create rain. However they need to rethink their ecosy

Hot take. I used to live there and I can tell you that there is zero infrastructure to manage flowing water which is why when it floods it floods. If I were them I’d start there 😂
