To answer your questions from my perspective: not always difficult, especially if you listen to your gut more than your mind and you are willing to take risks. I believe mindset is medicine. Some people carry somethings all life and time didnt help much. And for me sea is definitely a therapy! Beautiful one. P.s sorry for long reply 😂
