TL;DR: I want to help people move out of their chairs and stretch a bit to feel better. Rn I'm experimenting some stuff here and there, but soon planning to share more insightful things. I'm also slowly introducing the space & talking about wellness in the Web3 environment as I don't see the sense of creating the Web3 economy & work and bring the stress & burnouts from the current model. curious to see where this is going to lead.
