It didn't have a long effect, but last week I had a dream that someone in my family had died. But the dream was so real that I felt all the bad emotions. During that day everything I did turn out badly.
I forget my dreams, and I only remember the pleasant ones that I want to recall. To avoid forgetting them, I write them down \:d

I typically have such bizarre dreams that they can't impact me in any significant way 😅
In my dream, I was lost in an unknown place, whose language I do not know and whose people I do not know, I could not find my home after wandering the streets for hours. This dream turned into an occasional recurring nightmare. I think it was the effect of the movie After Hours. Whenever I watch this movie, I remember my dream.
Some mornings I wake up and write down what I dreamt of that night. I feel that when I am able to do that, those dreams accompany me during several days, even weeks. It's like it takes some time for me to fully process them. Usually I can relate those dreams to what is going on in my life in that specific time.
