Hi there. Sorry to miss this. It's been a crazy few weeks. The method is different for everyone to an extent. It depends on the persons character, as some people love one method that others really dislike. If you are analytical and love numbers than tracking calories can be great. It is a nightmare for someone else though. Some people like to look through what they currently eat and then reduce or cut certain foods out. Others like to shorten the feeding window. Time restricted eating, or intermittent fasting as it is commonly called now. All three ways are ways to reduce calories and that is the key at the end of the day. Finding what works best for the person is the key though. Naturally lots more comes into the process than this, but simplicity is key for long term success.
