afaik I think fashion industry is the second or third most polluting industry depending how you run the numbers.
That’s why I like to buy second hand clothes
I have seen tho some progress on more sustainable fashion for a while now, hopefully we see the trend continuing
💯 worked for several years in the (luxury) fashion industry -> 2nd hand and responsible brands only (and only if really necessary). I hope that digital fashion will solve the problem to some extent -> @emmajane1313.lens (crypto swag has unfortunately too often a huge ecological downside.)
