For the first question I think because you might have two profiles in the same address thats why it shows it (lil bug) and for the second one @lens/sree33 is more qualified to answer :)
@lens/juampi , the quality scores are computed at a profile_id level which is unique (may be searching with a name may not be ideal) . The range of scores is just the convention so that we don't get a float value but we still maintain high precision. For example, 9992 mean 0.9992 with maximum score being 1. Hope this helps !
Also, @lens/rickydata , can you please check why duplicates are coming? For a single profile, you should be getting a single entry :)
