Fees, yield, law regulation. If you can seamlessly integrate it all with defi and get like 5% in fully background apy. I think that could be really cool.

+1 RWA & Yield bearing assets (steth, lsd...) in stablecoin treasury will change the way we do business both on the seller and buyer side. Buyers will expect better services for exchanging yield-bearing assets. Sellers will have to lower their fees or think of new incentives based on this new form of capital income.
