Work in progress this is a @xmtplabs.lens level issue so the invidual apps need to fix not lensprotocol

@lensprotocol relies on the XMTP protocol for its messages. The challenge we face is that scammers don't have profiles on Lens, making it hard to filter them out. The typical method of checking message content, as done in traditional apps, isn't available because XMTP uses peer-to-peer encryption (which you should be grateful for). While I also receive quite a lot of scam messages, they are generally easy to identify, so the most effective approach is to simply ignore them.
This should be an issue with xmtp.
