Its hard to see how L2s could yet scale for millions of users. Each NFT mint is still roughly 10 cents on L2s. Polygon PoS also can't be a long terms sol

I would build out L3s until fragmentation is better solved then pop up on the major L2s and section the less nessesary NFTs to be stored on validiums, while allowing the user to pay for the more premium inclusions themselves.
