you have to realize that the "selfless, generously tipping" was actually forced, cause either you tip or you loose it. And tipping was the main trigger for being tipped also. I am saying if people actually had the tipping for themselves, the engagement would have been very different.
I think you gotta consider that the purpose of the platforms aren’t the same. You have to compare the community side by side too. I’ve been dabbling on farcaster for a little under a month and the communities are shallow af. Hella channels to choose from but most of them are radio silent. Sure they dropped some $DEGEN, and money is being made, but if money is your aim, just like the pioneers moving throughout Colorado, you can pick up and go there to settle. But if you believe in the vision, we can turn lens into Golden Colorado! Or at least Denver lol. Note: not you specifically but a general you lol.
