- Would be curious to see some interesting net positive gaming behaviour on @lens/cryptothegame maybe for season three. Now the amount of users are limited, but some sort of fun financialization could help to scale the game globally
- "Everything is a game", but at the end "good" memecoins are not just a currency they are a mechanic and carrier, I think $DEGEN and $Bonsai are signs of memecoins that have some community agreed utility. Made up just by the community, and therefore create does games.
- Ser Are you the person who created Bitcoin
- taking notes about “Robin Hood games” ✍️
- Kya hai?
- A kinda fun way and tool to describe and achieve decentralisation in a way
- Each phenomenon brings the ecosystem something new the indirect results of which don’t see on the face of it :)
The NFTs craze of the previous cycle gave us creativity and audiences that drove the on-chain social innovation that a) tests scalability of the networks on a whole new level and b) makes you think about profile security, verification and management solutions, which DeFi would love and need, but can’t innovate around because the stakes are too high.
My guess is that we need memecoins to catalyst the switch to the on-chain native ownership of digital value, like via collecting. And it doesn’t look like it now, but (hopefully) low stakes fun and games, can lead to a lot of cool things
- Memecoins are useless, but community coins can be a whole other thing, like $bonsai and $degen now in social, $phaver very soon. They just need a sustainable and value adding distribution mechanism that is not just mechanical or passive farming.
- Your article is very good and i support it. I think that not only meme coins but all the projects made should be beneficial to humanity and should find a solution and entertain when necessary.
Thanks dear @lens/vitalik 👏🏾
- Nice read, I believe $pointless falls in the fun memecoin category that is also useful in lens ecosystem.
- Memes born as joke but grows by community
- You are a man that was far ahead of your time. At 35, born in a rural area, I wish I had been introduced to blockchain technology and computer science quite early in my education. I went on to get a BS in Biology, MS in Clinical Ex Phys. and now I found a passion for this that no one around me shares. So, I come to Lens, Farcaster, etc. It has been amazing. Phaver has been my favorite. Tomi, Saska, Carla, and the rest of the team are phenomenal and down to earth. I have been in Web3 less than a year and now I'm thriving, learning more daily. I assist projects, and will found my own once I learn what I fully need and have a great team in place.
- 100% agree on that
