- It depends on your training. If your bodybuilding or strength training then tuna is a superfood for bulking & cutting. A single small tins contains 30g's of protein and only 110 calories. Stay away from alternative forms of protein, and things like nuts that are high in protein. Humans are designed to use the protein from meat the most efficiently. Your body won't put protein from nuts, soy, coconut milk etc to good use. You will be wasting your time with that stuff. Make sure your eating more calories than you use in a day, even during off days, and eat calorie dense foods. Clean eating makes no difference. Eat what you want but be sensible, of course. Hope this helps a bit.
- Keep doing what you're doing if its working and you can stick to it mate.
Eat real food, not too much, mainly plants.
Prioritise protein to meet your bodyweight/training needs = WIN

- just keep the hidden sugars low especially avoid in the morning and most of the foods whole and you'll be golden. if your carb intake is fairly low, you can benefit from ketone energy in the brain by keeping sugars and carbs gone first couple hours after fasting from sleep, and boosting it with a bit of coconut oil in the coffee (mct source) with no sugar, although you can try to add a bit of stevia for sweetness if need be.
- nice bowl, looks very healthy and balanced!
to add some protein, try poke bowl

- 8 hours gap between 2 meals and dont eat anything 4 hours before going to bed, keeping an empty stomach while sleeping is pretty good. Thats my method hehe.
- I like to add a bit of beef to the onions, it tastes great

- You have to start disrespecting the seed oils.
- I would recommend on the days you don't do weight training - do Intermittent Fasting 12pm to 8pm. For weight training, you do need to eat within 30 minutes of training.
I would also recommend a vegan protein shake with almond milk throughout the day.
- Not for this photo bc looks very healthy. But for other times you do other meals, instead of cooking veggies at wok with oil, cook your veggies with vapor and u will be good
