So usually I do a 16:8, because is the most “social life” sustainable one, but I had try all types. There was a time were I made 23:1 for a whole year. The way I do it is having early dinner, around 7/8pm, and then next day do my stuff till mid-day. Work is empowered by the focus you get. Coffee does increases effects of focus but does breaks autophagy, just to have in mind. Drink ton of water also with salt for electrolytes. Excercising while fasting also increase autophagy. When breaking a fast always recommend to do it with protein and fats, not quick carbs.
