The main reason I stopped is because alcohol drained my energy and focus
But I haven't entirely given up because when I feel like having a drink, I do it - only one life to live, so yeah🌹
- I didn't gave up totally, but I do not drink on weekdays and very lightly during the weekend, I do 20+ minutes workout daily to kickstart my day, and avoid sugar. This all together really changed my life :)

- I’ve basically given it up completely. Read multiple studies that truly outline just how much damage it does to your body. The most shocking part was reading that there isn’t a “safe” amount, the damage is instant🫠
- Alcohol, coffee.. well, to be fair, I only had alcohol rarely so wasn't a big deal to give up
