Funny how the post came about. I really just wanted to make a 2 sentence meme telling devs that not every app has to scale to 3 billion users. That it's ok to build a small "utility" app with a dedicated fan base of 200 users. And in my writing and rewriting I realized there's actually quite a lot of parallels between what we're doing and an operating system. It's not literally an OS but I think it's a useful framework 🤷‍♂️
