I've been doing CBT therapy for a year now, and it's been transformative. Investigating not only the causes of problems but also your feelings and immediate thoughts is at the heart of this approach. It has helped me get unstuck from many situations! I highly recommend it to everyone, or at least suggest learning about its fundamentals.
